Amazing service and super fast postage

Delivery took more than a month and when I contacted customer service after 3 weeks I wasn't updated about it for a further week. Reluctant to buy again

I can shop online with ease as I know I can return the outfit if it doesn’t fit without any issues…I find cc dresses best suit for my shape … overall I am happy with all my purchases with style, fit and price…. .

Aside from a faulty/poor designed item the other 2 were great. I've purchased a few things from City Chic and this was my first issue with quality, that said the staff I spoke with were amazing and got it resolved in a timely manner. So I'm still a happy customer and still going to purchase more.

Shipped quickly and a great fit.

The online shopping is fairly simple and it's easy to take back to my local store for a return if needed. However it would be nice if you had more stock instore and less 'online exclusives'. People still prefer to see the clothing in person, touch and try on before buying.
