Had a sudden misfire on my truck and lost my a/c. After reading online the most common problem was a short in the computer. Sent my pcm out on a Monday and was returned on Friday. Replaced all plugs and coil packs per there instructions and installed the new pcm and it ran better than new. Highly recommend

My 6.0 FICM had become sluggish so I decided to upgrade to a 58V unit with the atlas40 tune and now wish I had done it years ago. Took 1 day to arrive and my core unit was on its way back with a prepaid label. I highly recommend this service if you're in the market for a FICM and have a usable core.

Did what I needed. I had replaced the alternator, the battery, and the cable going from the alternator to the battery and my 2011 Jeep Liberty was still having issues starting and staying running. Then I had done a lot of research and found out that it was most likely the PCM. I was a little skeptical about mailing it off to this place that I had never heard of until I Googled them, but all the reviews and customer service seemed legit and so I sent my PCM to them and I got it back a little over a week later and reinstalled it and the Jeep is running great and have not had any issues.

Very fast shipping. I followed the directions included and had no trouble, worked perfect. I’ve had this truck for 15 years. The horn beep and light blink when locking/unlocking never worked. Had a dealer check it to no avail. The new tipm brought that feature back as well as the ones I replaced it for. I had a follow up question which was answered quickly and thoroughly. From the moment I contacted Zoe, Bobbie and indeed all of the team, I received nothing but amazing support and friendly efficiency! I had an obsolete refrigerator, no one would help with the new one was taking forever and got lost - meanwhile I received comprehensive video instructions to safely remove the Control Panel and replace it, this was necessary as sadly technicians wont remove and replace the items which are not from their own company - they either don’t know about this incredible service, or just don’t care about the environment, or perhaps they have another motive. I saved my landlord about 10k in an actual replacement model or several thousand on a lesser appliance. I am so very grateful to this fabulous company, and pray others will follow their example. I can’t say how grateful I am - try living in a Florida summer without refrigeration!

This place is awesome!! Sent it off and had it back within a few days, working perfectly! Half of the gauges (rpm, battery and heat gauge) were buried and not moving at all when I reached out to them. Apparently this is a common issue with my year (2005 mustang gt) The process is easy and way cheaper than buying a new or rebuilt one. Thanks again!!
