Shipped from the Dominican Republic to long Beach, ca and it had to go thru customs but the required documents were given by cigar country and didn't have any issues.

This delivery was great but the last delivery was terrible it took 10days to be delivered. Also this order was a mistake. Two separate orders of the same item it should have been both items on the same order. Why would I order the same item and pay TWO separate shipping fees. I wish you would have caught the mistake but I just waisted $18. 00 dollars on shipping

Shipping is fast. . . . . at least as far as Cigar Country has control over. The delay to get through customs is frustrating but cigar country is amazingly quick and communicative. Highly recommend

I don't know if I'd pay for the expedited shipping again because. It took longer than the shipping said it would.

Good cigars, good price, quicker delivery then prior orders, ordered on a Monday got them on a friday.
