Cigar Country always has great service and the experience on the website is easy to deal with. The only problem is UPS, who always delivers the cigars much later than the initial delivery date on their first email notification, sometimes a week to ten days later than the initial date of delivery.

I have always had a great experience dealing with Cigar County. My only problem is UPS. They send out emails with delivery schedules that are unrealistic. They promise early delivery and I am lucky if the delivery is three or four days later, most times it's a week to ten days later. This happens every time.
