I had a 4 year old backpack that had started to tear at some seams. Even though Chrome wasn’t able to repair my backpack they sent me an updated replacement free of charge! Super awesome

Loved my Kadet bag before, the insert just makes it better. Love the shape that the rigid panels provide and all my small things have a home now instead of falling to the bottom. Absolutely loving the upgrade!

I have loved this bag, used it quite hard, and one day a tear in the bottom made it unusual. I filed a repair request online, and they ended up replacing the whole bag! Now I get to use my favorite bag for many more years to come. The customer service reps were super helpful and made the process so so easy for me. I'd recommend a Chrome bag to anyone.

I'm very satisfied with style, durability. Especially the high tops that protect my ankles are useful. It's a little heavy compared to professional cycling shoes, but it's acceptable.
