Good, but firm, and is there such a thing as too flat? I am still getting used to these. I think they will be perfect, but do feel like I am still breaking them in… The sizing is crazy, I am normally a mens 9 and the Kursk size guide recommended a 7.5. I even emailed them to ask if that was accurate and they said it was, and they were correct. For my size 9 foot, the 7.5 is just right. Go figure… Love the styling though, they look good on the bike and pretty sharp around town as well. My only issue with these is that the foot bed is so flat and firm that my toes go a little cold while riding, which I believe happens when there isn’t enough arch support. I will give them a little more time (to break in?), but might need to change the insole to one with a bit more arch volume.

The Storm boot has become my new favorite shoe. I live/bike in Wisconsin and needed a waterproof winter boot for riding and working. Commuting to work in slush and rain was no problem with this boot. THIS SHOE IS WATERPROOF. My feet stayed warm and dry, and the larger toe box is very comfortable. I have the black, white and may throw down for the brown pair. The ONLY DRAWBACK, is it took a bit to brake in. Very stiff in the beginning. Stick with it with it, totally worth the time. Chrome still manages to hit the mark in the details and craftsmanship while staying fresh. Keep working on women's wear. We're out here.

I wish there was a cheaper shipping option to Canada. Shipping was fast and easy, but I don't need quick shipping. Would prefer a slower cheaper option.

Bag was a great value as it was on sale and it got to me very quickly. Seems well made and looks great. A couple extra stickers would've been awesome though. 😊

These shoes are awesome. Walking on cleats usually means toes in the air, an unstable wobble, and scuffing up your cleats. The engineering of these shoes means that I can walk comfortable and ride securely. I don’t know why it took me so long to commit. They are really comfortable and the reflective laces are a nice touch.

I miss the ol' shop on Milwaukee Ave in Chicago, but this phone service call was almost just as good. Thanks for caring and taking care of needs so quickly - appreciate you all!
