I have ought Christy towels for as long as iI can remember. The one time I didn't I was so disappointed with the quality. Too me these are the best you can buy for softness, for longevity and over all look. I would never buy another brand now.

I recently ordered several items from your website, but unfortunately one of the items was missing from my delivery. I waited a few more days in case it was being sent seperately. I also checked the tracking information using the link provided in your email, and I noticed that the order is marked as “delivered”. However, I have not received the missing item. Could you please help me check what has happened and let me know when I can expect to receive it?(and this is the letter I wrote five days ago) my order number: #4247892 my missing item: Classic Sateen Duvet Set × 1
