Good quality, just what I was looking for

Excellent towels and wash well

This review should be zero stars. I was sent a replacement XL robe for one provided recently with a short belt. Despite an email from Christy customer services assuring me the replacement would have a 1. 9m belt it arrived with another short one which made it unwearable. Total Dissatisfaction - Refund Requested

Order arrived quickly. Great to have paper packaging which is strong and can be recycled. Excellent.

Poorly packed resulting in the towel being ripped.

Unfortunately there was an issue with DPD - my purchase went 'missing' for a week before it was finally delivered. Christy staff were very helpful, liaising with DPD and updating me on a daily basis. Dispatch from Christy was quick and well packaged.

The towels were delivered quickly.
