The boots were exactly what I expect from Chippewa Boot Co. However I paid for 2 day shipping and they showed up 5 days later. Also there are usually lace charms that are American flags. These charms were not included. VERY disappointing.

Hello everyone, I bought these boots six months ago. I live in Florida and have worn them ten times at most. The boots have torn in two places! Terrible quality! I would like a replacement or a refund, but it is impossible to send an email to the address listed on the website—it is full.
