Perfect boots
Boots are exactly what I expected
Shipping was great. Got them in about 3 days after ordering them. Packaging was great as always boots fit perfect and don’t need to be broken in. They are ready to work when you’re ready for work. Greatest boot company of all time.
Boot’s arrived promptly
Hello everyone, I bought these boots six months ago. I live in Florida and have worn them ten times at most. The boots have torn in two places! Terrible quality! I would like a replacement or a refund, but it is impossible to send an email to the address listed on the website—it is full.
Yes, received sooner than later…thank you.

Everything was great
My order took longer than expected but once order got process my boots were at my door in 2-3 days amazing
Very easy
I love these boots I wore my first pair 10 years ago and now it's the only kind that I wear
Fast shipping without issue.
Chippewa vs. Carolina. Great boot at a fair price. Chippewa offers discount for veterans! It is getting difficult to find unlined boots. Not a fan of any boots with a lining. If you previously wore Carolina boots, then get a half size larger in the Chippewa; the Carolina boot has a roomier toe box. Unfortunately I wore them to work before determining I should have gotten a half size larger (Brunt boots offer refund/exchange after two weeks of work wear). The Chippewa boots seem better made as the sole is fastened with fully stitched leather vs. the Carolina with a fully stitched composite seam weld between leather and sole that can crack with age preventing the ability to get them resoled later on. The Chippewa does not have the leather pull-on finger loop at the top (I would prefer having this). I purchased PowerStep insoles (more defined arch). I brought the boots to my local shoe repair guy and he stretched the Chippewa toe box and he bonded 1/8" thick leather to the PowerStep insoles. The boot is comfortable now. I may buy the Chippewa boots again in the future; only next time I would get the half size larger.
My husband has worn Chippewa boots for years. He's never had a problem until now. His boots are making a popping/clicking noise as he walks. Theres no damage to the sole or anything stuck in it. The noise is driving him nuts. These boots are not even a month old.
I have requested a return label with no response
Not great. Box was damaged and it ended up ruining one of the shoes.
I have been buying these boots for the last 16 years and they are very well built ,they are comfortable and like any boot there is a break in period. You know that saying? Right ! You get what you pay for . And with this boot it is worth every penny. I know it is a little pricey. But you will be satisfied with it. I have been working the government sector, so there is a portion that is reimbursed. So buy them!!
Love it
