Never responded to my email about damaged product

I am so disappointed in the shipping packaging that I paid 30$ for shipping plus the 30$ part. . . I expected some sort of protection of my gasket i paid for. . then on top of poor packaging the gasket was bent and folded. . . I wish I could put the pictures i took of this. . . . its a shame. .
