Expedited shipping not so expedited
I paid $15 for expedited shipping instead of the free shipping. The order was placed on a Saturday and I did not receive the item until Thursday. I was told that this met the 3-day guideline for expedited shipping, probably because the order wasn't processed until Monday. This is not the online shopping experience that I would expect in this day and age. I asked that the $15 expedited fee be refunded and it was not.

My package was lost/stolen after delivery. I brought this issue up with the support team, they told me to start a ticket with FedEx, which I did. FedEx closed the case stating that the package was delivered correctly but the Resmed team was kind enough to send me a replacement free of cost which I then got delivered to a FedEx pick up location. Kudos to Resmed!

Bad First Impression
I order a part for my mask (x30i) and it came with a missing part making it unusable. I had to contact customer service twice to get a response. Then I had to argue about it. They were trying to tell me the part wasn’t missing. They were describing a different mask than the one I have. It finally escalated until someone understood and asked me to send it back. They received it and sent a message saying yes it’s defective and we will send you a replacement. It’s been over a week and a half. They did not send a tracking number as stated and have not responded to my inquiries. Very disappointing.
