I love my new mask I am cloister phobic and can’t stand anything covering my face. The nasal mask I was using before this one irritated my nostrils but I just dealt with it for a couple years. I saw this mask and wanted to try it. I’m so glad I did. I’m not having to fight with it all night to get comfortable. I feel less encumbered with this mask. It covers my nostrils with very soft and comfortable latex . I won’t use anything else now.

I think some of my order went to my old address. I do change it with you people, but since I have seasonal addresses, it leads me to believe that you don’t always check where you’re supposed to be sending my equipment. Luckily, my daughter will be mailing the masks to me.

Came on time

The ResMed replacement parts I ordered worked perfectly. I tried off-brand replacements, but none of them worked; they leaked and I felt like I was not getting the right amount of pressure with the other parts. With ResMed parts, my mask works great - no leaks! Absolutely worth it. The ResMed shop site is also really easy to navigate and I trust that the parts I'm ordering are the right ones for my system. No confusing options.

I got my order but was missing the tubing. I sent an email to the support team but haven't heard back in over a week so it's a little frustrating because I couldn't use my travel CPAP for my last trip
