I had this exact cutting board for many years. My son asked for a cutting board for Christmas and this was my first thought. Thanks for a great product.

Amazing

Shipping was easy! Wish it didn't cost so much but it does weigh over a hundred pounds. And some assembly was required. Also, it's taller than I expected but an easy height for chopping.

Your customer service ensured me that the board will be fine if I continue to oil/cream it regularly. If the board continues to warp despite caring for it as directed I’ll be extremely disappointed in a $300 cutting board! We’ll see…

Customer service is non existent and two of the boards I have bought are already split.

The board itself had mineral deposits in it ( small holes ), makes it very unattractive and takes extra time to clean . I reached out to the company about it ,The response I got was " your one of the lucky ones " I don't feel lucky when im cleaning it and looking at it . The right corner of the board is not flat ( It's not my counter ) so it wobbles when using it , not very safe . So for the price , quality , and customer service I gave it only 2 stars

Should’ve bought Boos cutting boards sooner. These boards are high quality and beautifully handcrafted. Options and sizes are plentiful. Taking care of them is easy and I’m excited to have them for years to come. And to get more!

Our purchase arrived in perfect condition. Customer service answered all of our questions.

Ordered a walnut board to give as a gift. What I received was terrible quality, like it had been made from various scrap pieces. Reached out to customer service promptly, submitted photos twice, emailed and called multiple times to follow up, and they still haven’t responded to my request for a replacement. DO NOT order from John Boos.

I'm very disappointed with the product. It is quite pricey compared to other brands and for this reason I expected excellent craftsmanship. As you can see, the oil finish was either poorly applied or some other liquid fell on it creating those horrible blotches. This is extremely poor-quality control. Very disappointed.
