Product arrived quickly.

First one arrived with some knicks but the return process was easy and customer service was nice to work with. New board arrived perfectly.

We've used this product for decades -- haven't found anything else better for our kitchen's (Boos, of course) butcher block island where we cut veggies directly. Does need to be refreshed regularly, but it's easy and fast.
