Ordered these dresses online. The
Ordered these dresses online. The dresses arrived with the tags inside the zipper so I could not try on the dress without breaking the zipper went to David’s to return the dresses they told me their system was old and they couldn’t return them so I would have to ship them back I ship back two dresses two weeks ago they have possession of the dresses according to my tracking number and yet here I am still with no credit and $355 on my credit card will not use David again

Terrible customer service! The dress
Terrible customer service! The dress didn’t fit and I needed to return. I went to the website to obtain an RMA as advised on the packing slip. I was unable to obtain one, so I emailed customer service. I did not receive a reply and now I’m outside of the 7 day window to receive an RMA so I can return. I’m going to have to take it to a consignment store in hopes that I can recover a little bit of my loss on this dress.

I love this dress. I got a size four I'm 5'8 135lbs I can breathe and move as freely as I want, it's not tight & the length is perfect. The color 'wine' is gorgeous. I can't wait to pair it with some heels!
