Easy peasey process and my wedding outfit looks amazing ! Shipping came ontime too !

Not happy with this charge

Packing as awful. The gown was not wrapped in plastic tissue or anything only the packaging that ups used to scan. Gown was semi wrinkled

This tux fit like a glove. I will purchase the one in black once it comes back in stock. David bridal owes me nothing this Tux is sleek and stylish. It gives life. .

I’m a 12 and the dress fits like an 8!!!!!! Notice I went 2 sizes up on the purchase!!!!

The staff at the store were both very helpful. Since there were no petite-sized mother of the bride dresses I had to order online but the fit and style are perfect

The return process at the merriville store was horrible

I ordered this veil 2 weeks before my wedding and was told shipping would take a week a half, arriving two before my big day. To my surprise and relief, the item came 4 days later! The veil was beautiful and went perfectly with my dress. It was simple yet classy.

Tried to return dress but the order number that came with it did not work. Took it to the store and it did not work for them either. Then tried texting a nd calling only to be put on an infinite hold. Then emailed the company and received no response!! Very frustrating experience!!!

Dress came in good time; I expedited the shipping just in case.

The website was very user-friendly.

I have yet to receive item to rate it.

Everyone at the David’s bridal store at the Hagerstown location was friendly and helpful- especially Brooke. The ties came in shortly after ordering them and perfectly matched the bridesmaid dresses.
