shipped to another address and a random person was able to sign for it. . contacted the company but told only to file a police report and of no help. the return 2 days after the 30 window. . . rejected. they didnt take into account that being delivered to the wrong address took several days solo of tracking and hunting etc. . . told it wasnt their problem once it leaves their building. doesnt give any warms feelings to do business with them again.

The website displayed a 10% discount to buyers for 1st time purchase but when I paid for my 1st purchase as a new buyer, no discount was applied.

Really lovely, strong, and comfortable. I live an active lifestyle and had a pave band that I was constantly replacing stones in. This is much more comfortable to wear and I don't have to worry about stone replacements. Still super sparkly even in this style of setting.

I was on the fence about purchasing this ring because of a review that said it doesn’t really sparkle - however, I decided to order it anyway. I ordered it on 12/26/2025 it said allow 2 weeks since these are made to order. I received my order the second week of February. It is a beautiful ring - it doesn’t have a sparkle and a tiny diamond has already fallen out. So for the money it definitely isn’t worth it.

I genuinely wish I could give this experience zero stars. I ordered an engagement ring from Charles & Colvard, carefully planning everything around the delivery date shown on their site. What they don’t tell you is that the “delivery date” is actually when they start crafting your item not when you’ll receive it. That misleading detail set off a chain of frustrating events that completely derailed one of the most important moments of my life. I made six separate calls, spoke with multiple employees, and even two supervisors to confirm that my ring would arrive on time. Each time, I was reassured it would be delivered as promised even told that it would be shipped with next-day delivery after repeated delays. I adjusted my entire proposal plan around these commitments, including booking travel for my brother and paying for special arrangements. The day finally came… and there was no ring. After all my persistence and planning, I was told the item was “lost” in the warehouse and that they had to craft a new one. By then, the moment was gone. The trip, the money, and the memory all ruined. For all the trouble, missed deadlines, and emotional stress, I was offered a 5% refund which didn’t even cover the sales tax. That’s all. I have every email, every screenshot, and every call log to back this up. Unless this company reaches out and truly makes this right, it’s clear they don’t stand behind their customers or their promises. I would caution anyone considering Charles & Colvard transparency and reliability are not what you’ll get here.

It's a beautiful ring, and very sparkly. I have three rings from C&C, and they're all unique. It's fun to switch them up while still having something classy set in gold. They all look very similar to diamonds, with extra fire.

I would NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. The entire experience from start to finish has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a ring on December 3rd and I did not receive it until February 20th. No communication as to why it was delayed. I was the one reaching out, asking for clarification, updates, etc. I was sent the wrong size and when I sent if back to get the correct size, Charles and Colvard did not expedite the process. I had to wait a full 15 business days for them to correct a mistake they made. Charles and Colvard will take your order and your money and then forget about it.

Love it. Purchased my first in a military store, many years ago. Could'nt convince people it was'nt a diamond. Love this one sooo much. Even more brilliant than the other.

Waited 6 weeks for it. It was worth the wait but I wish it came sooner because this was a birthday gift and my daughter received it weeks later

I have started limiting my orders to in-stock items only to no avail. I have an order from Christmas that has not arrived yet, but is marked as 'shipped' and an order from the end of January that is still marked as 'sent to fulfillment. ' Why list it as in stock when it's obviously not? I'm tempted to wait until they arrive and then return them. The customer service has not lived up to the high prices charged. Can't say much about the items because THEY'RE NOT HERE YET.
