Upset that such a beautiful ring was made so poorly that a sapphire would fall out so easily. Return process is kind of the pain for something that’s hopefully very rare. If I shook something that cost the auto money that was falling apart immediately I would bend over backwards to the customer, but it wasn’t that.

Very nice necklace. Stones are a believable size. C & C assured me that it would not roll over and it doesn't. Gave a 4 star because the clasp makes it difficult to remove . Would definitely recommend

The tariffs hit and the price went up, so I was waiting on another sale. The ring went back on sale just before our 10th wedding anniversary.
