Deliver time were delayed. Slow response times. Both engagement and wedding band have needed repairs due to small stone falling out of the settings of almost brand new rings. Overall my experience could have been better.

I ordered my wedding and engagement rings, February 2026. I received the princess cut engagement ring in a timely fashion, within one month. They told me the wedding band was taking longer and ended up giving me 4 to 5 different dates. Each time the date they gave came I would call and they would change the date, blaming production issues. Each time I had to call myself to get an update. They never call or email. It is now May 1 and I was told yesterday when I called that it would be one more week. The yesterday a different employee told me and said May 15. At this point, I don’t believe anything they say. The only thing they’ve done is apologize and refund the 39. 99 that I paid to have expedited shipping with as I wanted the rings both in March as listed when purchased. So before ordering from this company, beware that it may take much longer and if you’re getting married or having an event, you need this jewelry for it may not be there on time.

The staff sent me the wrong type of backing and made me wait several days before addressing my complaint, even though they were aware of the issue from the beginning. Despite this, they did not offer any support or cover the return shipping costs, even though I had clearly informed them about the cost of sending the item back, which was around 100 dollar via FedEx.

Pretty ring but one of the diamonds is set off center. The ring arrived 3 weeks late and I did not want to send it back and wait even longer!

When ordering this ring we ran into some delivery delays, but despite that everytime I reached our Charles and Colvard responded back and was very helpful. Not hiding from me which I’ve had experience from other companies when issues arrived. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to talk to me when I reached out for checking in on my ring’s manufacturing stages.
