Exquisite piece of art. I’m very impressed by the quality of this piece, not only in the sturdy workmanship of the setting of the stones,but the brilliance of the gemstones. The color and saturation of the ruby stone is particularly, mesmerizing! My husband always has me check the Charles&Colvard website first, before going to a jewelry store. I have purchased many items in the past from C&C and I will always choose C&C first!

Just what I was looking for to match a cross pendant my daughter gifted me. The earrings are an excellent match to the rose gold and the mined diamonds in the cross. The earrings are perfect! I ordered an anniversary ring. The shipping date came and went. No update I called and received a new shipping date, that date came and went, no update. After a month and a half I called and cancelled my order. Then I received a notice that my ring had shipped. There is more to tell but my point is the company’s communication is poor. It took two calls to finally get my refund.

Great communication with keeping me in the loop from when I ordered it, them having to made it and shipping out.

Awful. Simply awful. Never received the earrings and had to threaten to dispute the charges to get a refund. Profoundly disappointed as we have been customers of C&C for nearly a decade.

Upset that such a beautiful ring was made so poorly that a sapphire would fall out so easily. Return process is kind of the pain for something that’s hopefully very rare. If I shook something that cost the auto money that was falling apart immediately I would bend over backwards to the customer, but it wasn’t that.
