Product is phenomenal. Delivery outside of the US needs more work (says 1-2 days for delivery but that is from the day item is dispatched which required additional day. In the end delivery was late by 2 days in total). Also bare in mind that if delivered outside of the US you would need to declare the item and likely pay VAT/duty.

I return my purchase and received confirmation email that it arrived a month ago. However, my credit card hasn't not refunded. I've called and left messages for a call back but haven't heard from anyone. I've emailed multiple times to 2 different emails asking about my refund and haven't received any response. Finally I had to dispute the charge to try and get it credited.

In the past I have been very happy with C&C. On May 15th I ordered my wife two rings without realizing there was a bankruptcy pending. I reached out to get an update and one of the rings shipped only after that email. I received communication that the other was still being worked on. After a couple more weeks, I started doing research to see if anyone else had issues and only then did I learn about the bankruptcy, not in any of my prior communications. I then started monitoring the situation more closely, and when a ring I had never received suddenly went to delivered status I panicked. Ooddly enough, right as. i was about to dispute the charge with my credit card provider for the more expensive ring, I got a reply, several emails later, that it was still being worked on, but with the bankruptcy things were delayed. It’s now been over 2 full months and I’m sitting here with only half of my order. I get that companies fall on hard times, but the lack of communication and overall poor handling of this has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I used to talk so highly of C&C and I’m not sure I will ever order from you again. I’m not even sure why I’m getting this survey…. I still haven’t had my order completed.

Great items but customer service is unknown. I cannot talk to anyone, have anyone call me, get information on my issue I have been trying to resolve for 2 weeks. I went with Charles & Colvard because the reviews said customer service was good. This is not my case . . . please have someone call me at 256-955-5901 during the work day (central time) or 719-310-0641 after 4pm.

The ring is really pretty and looked great with my wedding stack. Unfortunately, a stone fell out not long after receiving it and had to go back for repairs. I’m hoping this is just a one-time issue.

It took forever to get the ring I ordered!!! Customer Service was beyond terrible!!! What ever happened to communicating with the customer??? They repeatedly lied to me about the delivery date. I should have read the BBB reviews before I ever ordered the ring. Never again!!!

I will actually never buy from Charles&Colvard ever again. I bought a set of earrings for my wife's birthday (I placed the order 2 weeks before). They were delayed until 3 months after her birthday. I checked in monthly, and apparently this is a normal thing for Charles&Colvard. They generously offered to "upgrade" my order to a set of smaller carat earrings in order to expedite the process. What a joke.
