It took forever to get the ring I ordered!!! Customer Service was beyond terrible!!! What ever happened to communicating with the customer??? They repeatedly lied to me about the delivery date. I should have read the BBB reviews before I ever ordered the ring. Never again!!!

I will actually never buy from Charles&Colvard ever again. I bought a set of earrings for my wife's birthday (I placed the order 2 weeks before). They were delayed until 3 months after her birthday. I checked in monthly, and apparently this is a normal thing for Charles&Colvard. They generously offered to "upgrade" my order to a set of smaller carat earrings in order to expedite the process. What a joke.

Deliver time were delayed. Slow response times. Both engagement and wedding band have needed repairs due to small stone falling out of the settings of almost brand new rings. Overall my experience could have been better.
