Contrary to some negative information I’ve read about customer service, I, for many years, have experienced the opposite. While there’s not a phone number assigned, email corresponding with “hello@chanluu.com” has always been helpful in my experience.

It's unfortunate that the wrong color of this bracelet was sent. I had difficulty in the ordering process, so it's possible I inadvertently ordered the "neutral" color rather than the "black," which is what I wanted. The "neutral" shade has been returned, and once I know it's processed, I'll be back on the Chan Luu site looking for another black bracelet. Thank you.
