Beatifull piece of jewelry !

The shipping team did not include all the necessary information for customs, and included my email as the shipper instead of theirs. This resulted in me getting messages meant for them in order for this to pass through customs. When I reached out to customer service, they resolved the issue but did not provide status updates, so I asked if they needed more information. They said yes but did not tell me it had already been resolved, so I ended up doing more work than I had to. I would have definitely liked for them to communicate more proactively after making a mistake vs. me having to follow up and do extra. The shipping was otherwise fast with beautiful packaging and the products were great.

Amazing bag! Very sturdy! Have carried it to work, chasing my kids around, events on weekends, etc. and I haven't lost a single sequin, which was my initial concern when buying the bag. Only down side is that the beads inside that spell out Chan Luu somehow came off. It’s interesting because the inside doesn’t touch as many things as the outside of the bag. I would’ve expected to lose the sequins on the outside before the beads on the inside.

I bought a Chan Luu faux rectangular cut diamond over 20 years ago when I worked at Bloomingdale's and I've kept my eye on her jewelry (and now clothes!) ever since. I'll always have a special affinity for her work!
