The Cocoa Castile bar is wonderful for face & body. With an allergy to coconut, palm, & shea butter, I’m always looking for quality products. This is a must have product for me that I keep in stock & I’ve used it for years. I would really enjoy trying a wider variety of soap bars if some were available.

I love the fragrance of all the soaps and they explode with lather. Those shampoo bars are magnificent. I don’t need conditioner. Amazing!

Descriptions were clear, helping us find soap that does not contain coconut products. The shipment came well packaged on in a timely manner, as well as an "Arrived"message so the soap did not sit outside in the hot mailbox.

I have been buying products from Chagrin Valley Soap for a while. Love that they are truly non-toxic and deliver on their promise. My go to are the body bars, squalane for my eyes, and recently trying to get some balms for my dry hair. I also get all the shampoos and paw balms for my dog there and also purchase gifts for my friends. Nobody ever complained about it.

I use this everyday to moisturize and protect my calves and ankles.

Great find in these scraps! They are great for my doggies curly fur…. . only thing is , I didn’t read the describe I wanted human shampoo🤪 wondering if I can use this shampoo???? My fault for not reading carefully! - Sharon M

I purchased the carrot milk and honey shampoo bar and had an opportunity to use it today. I had previously purchased the conditioning bar from Amazon but had not yet used it. The shampoo bar left my hair with a very waxy feeling coating that made it absolutely difficult to even run my fingers through. I applied the conditioner bar hoping that might mitigate some of sticky/ waxy feeling but it did not. I have long hair and it ended up so tangled and knotted that I had to sit for 30 minutes or so and use a pick to try and work out the tangles. I still had to cut several knots and lost quite a bit of hair in the detangling process. Suffice to say I will not be using them again, they are bound for the trash and a waste of money.

I have been purchasing Chagrin Valley Soap And Salve products for years. My favorite is their Castile and Cocoa soap bar. I also like their, Castile And Shea, Winter Survival, Grapeseed Tomato, Goat Milk Oatmeal, and Olive Babassu Shampoo Bar. Their customer service is wonderful. I like the recyclable packaging. They have a very wide variety of personal products. I hope to try more of their products soon.

I started with the lime soap and it is great. Smooth and not overly scented. I will definately buy this again.
