I love the convenience of shampoo bars, especially when traveling. The scents are delicious! Be prepared to have your hair feel "waxy" after first use but this is temporary. Great product!

I have been purchasing and using Chagrin Valley Soap and Salve products for many years now. One of my staples is the Goldenseal and Myrrh salve. My skin scars easily, but if I use this salve on a scrape/cut, it heals the wound and protects my skin without leaving a scar.

I have been using the Sea Buckthorn and Tea Tree soap for 6 months now. It’s the only soap I use on my face. My cystic acne’s from PCOS is almost non existent. I also use the Pomegranate Argan facial oil nightly, and the Goldenseal and Myrrh salve whenever a pimple or cyst does pop up. The combination reduces the length of time it takes for it to go away. I sometime use the Goldenseal and Myrrh as a facial lotion. I highly recommend for anyone dealing with sensitive, acne prone skin.

I've been buying soaps and shampoo bars for several years now and am very happy with everything I have purchased from CVSSC. In general, for me, the shampoo bars last a long time, and when I need to travel, the bars can be cut into smaller pieces so I can take my favorites with me. I love the varieties and the scents too, but my favorites are the rosemary and lavender shampoo bar and the chamomile and calendula soap bar. I also really like the bamboo charcoal bar which I use on my face and sometimes body, depending. I would highly recommend these products!
