I’ve been a customer of Chagrin Valley Soaps for almost 10 years now. I had my most recent package stolen and I contacted customer support for the first time with a very positive experience. I got a quick response and I was able to get a replacement after a small time window, giving grace for potential human error. I was waiting at the mailbox all day until it was in my hands!

I love everything about your soaps. We rotate among three. But I don't love the new package design. With the old design the colors made it easy to keep track of and store the different soaps. The new style in black with only a pale bit of color on the back makes it difficult.

Absolutely love this small family-owned company and their products. I have rosacea type 1 as well as topical histamine intolerance. My skin is highly reactive, easily blemished, and does not like preservatives. They have so many products that address these concerns while also being all natural, organic, eco-friendly, cruelty-free, ethical, and afforable. I am currenlty using the Argan Pumpkin Face Oil, which I followed the instruction to patch test and introduce slowly, and it is a very happy addition to my routine. And the little added touches to their orders, like a hand written note or a sample bar soap with your first order, are so cute and a lovely surprise to find and brighten your day.

I've been wanting to get a non toxic shampoo for a long time so I am so glad I found this company because they all are! It smells amazing without any harmful fragrances, does an excellent job, and you really get your money's worth since it lasts a while.

I have purchased twice and all products have met or exceeded expectations. Love the quality ingredients. So far my favorite is the soap with oatmeal . . . feels like built in loofah! Will definitely purchase again!

The hand soap has been such a relief to use in place of gel or other bar soaps that don’t follow the same beliefs as Chagrin does. I’m using the patchouli scented bars and the smell is really refreshing. Combine that with a moisturizing bar and it’s a great product that I’ll continue using.

Your information about each soap is wonderfully helpful when I am unsure which type to choose. Although, no matter my choice, all the products are excellent, especially the hair products. I just want to jump up and shout YAY!

Body Balm coconut delight - product is too firm/ hard, can’t get it out of the jar. Since it has the word “body” in its name, I thought it would be more like a cream; something that could easily be used over the entire body. Vanilla Bean Shea Butter - texture is very nice / creamy but I Really dislike the scent! It has an odd smoky smell. Unfortunately I won’t be using this product.
