Body Balm coconut delight - product is too firm/ hard, can’t get it out of the jar. Since it has the word “body” in its name, I thought it would be more like a cream; something that could easily be used over the entire body. Vanilla Bean Shea Butter - texture is very nice / creamy but I Really dislike the scent! It has an odd smoky smell. Unfortunately I won’t be using this product.

I was so excited to see burdock root as an ingredient! This dry shampoo doesn't show up in my dark brown hair, and it smells sooo good! I won't buy another dry shampoo now.

A new customer so thought i would share Im a menopausal female with sensitive itchy skin that is also dry Yuk I ordered a few if the small sample soaps Tried the olive babassu on my scalp the smell is natural snd lovely and my scalp less itchy so hoping after a few more washes the itch will be gone On my body used the goat milk oatmeal Mm so nice soothing and moisturising ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cant wait to try the others 💥

These shampoo bars, all of them, are incredible. I decided to try Chagrin Valley just purely on a whim, and OH MY GAWD, they're incredible! Absolutely salon-quality soft and luxurious as you wash, I completely love even just the feeling of washing. It's like a spa day. My scalp feels 100% relieved and calm. And for the first time in my life, I haven't had to use conditioner! Just a quick ACV rinse and hair oil to style like normal. (I have greying 3b hair. ) As a very sensory-sensitive person, I haven't been to a salon in over 15 years, even though I very much miss that "being taken care of" feeling. Perfumes and such make me itchy, achy, anxious, and overwhelmed. I was previously using another brand's rice water shampoo bar for 5 years — which while fragrance-free, was loaded with alcohols and harsh, drying agents that I've become allergic to. I am SO grateful I found Chagrin Valley shampoos, not even joking. Thank you!!!!

Chagrin Valley is the only place I can find hair and skin products that are coconut/palm free. Having an allergy to coconut and palm oils, and their derivatives, is a royal pain. My hair would fall out, my skin and scalp would burn and break out, but I am finally free of all that! THANK YOU <3

My items came very fast and products are great. I stick to the same 2 shampoo bars but like to try the different body soap. These all mention moisturizing to get through the winter.

Like the rinse. Makes my hair feel clean.

This stuff is magic for my rosacea!!! I have been searching for YEARS for something to use to help my skin. My mom said a co-worker used the Sea Buckthorn Tamanu oil at night and the whipped squalane during the day. I thought I would give it a whirl and am so HAPPY I did!!! My skin is baby soft, it doesn’t itch, and I haven’t had a flare up since. I have the squalane as a recurring order and will be doing the same with the oil. Thank you Chagrin Valley!!!
