I ordered the Hair Balm: Cocoa Butter Whip product. But I was very disappointed because it was totally liquid when I opened it. Nothing I could use at all. Was so looking forward to using this product. But I won't be ordering again.

Smells great, lathers nicely. The bar itself is a good size, I would recommend!

I started with this shampoo bar and really liked the subtle scent, and the luscious lather. I have short hair and even though I wash my hair daily I can see this bar lasting a while. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other shampoo bars. And I like that I can support a local business.

Can you make an eye make-up remover that is safe for contact lense wearers. Trying to get one that is not sold in a plastic container.

Beautiful soap, pet shampoo, lotion bars, and service. I've ordered many times from Chagrin Valley and am always delighted to find my purchases well packed for shipping and arriving quickly. Their pet Shampoo and Fresh Gur rinse are the only products I use on my dogs, their in-shower lotion bars are my holy grail for dry skin, and every bar soap I've tried has been excellent--foamy, clean rinsing, aromatic, and non-drying.

Refreshing and pleasantly fragrant. I just love the vinegar rinses. Recently, I bought a new set. I just love the mint. The vinegar brings relief from summer itches and the mint leave the scalp with pleasant tingling.

Why would one add kaolin clay to a shampoo bar? My hair was left pretty nappy. I wonder what the ph is to these soaps.

have been using products for many years after using them at my daughters in NJ. How she found them I will never know. She loves pure things and this is the purest products on the market. I believe she robs me when she comes home to visits. Which is okay with me.
