I believe the process is good but i do have a lot of duplicate and triplicate paper work. I know that each step might loose a paper or 2. other than this it has been good so far. Cody and Chris have help alot in this process.

Jon Harnish provided awesome customer service during the first part of this loan process. We were a difficult case with our credit history, and he helped make sure everything was in order for underwriting. It wasn't an easy process overall, but he made it MUCH easier with his organization and follow through. We are so excited to be homeowners again!

I have been very pleased with David Naimeys professionalism. David has been really good about returning phone calls promptly. Davids communication skills, transparency and knowledge have been a huge help. having said that, I have been feeling very frustrated with crefco. There have been some mistakes made by crefco and the processes is beginning to ware me down. It is my opinion that this is taking way longer than what it should. here are a few reasons for my criticisms 1. I was asked to send in a check stub with my loan application. which i did. but, crefco asked for it again a week later. I sent it again then crefco had concerns about how many hours were on it. this caused my employer to have to make a payroll ledger and an explanation (this was do to being on vacation/shutdown) this issue took up about a week thus slowing down this process. crefco should have seen the stub and addressed this issue when i sent in the stub the 1st time. 2. I was asked to write a letter of explanation pertaining to banking(sources of income ect) In this letters first sentence I made it very clear that the account has two parts, checking and prime share and that prime share is an attached savings account. upon underwriters reviewing my file they did not recognize the two parts of my account and rejected my file not seeing the sum of money i was claiming to have. this held up the process yet again. it took about 4 days for the underwriter to misread my statement and not read my banking letter of explanation that would have explained it in the first sentence. It took another day for david to point out the underwriters silly mistake and took another 4 days for the underwriter to review my file again. 3. my banking letter of explanation detailed deposited checks, some of the deposited check are mine and some my wives. I sent in multiple check stubs and deposit slips to validate these sources of income; mine and my wife. now crefco has asked for a letter explaining that my wife does no...

Through the whole loan process everything i needed to do was explained to me very clearly. Buying a house is a lot of work and Ben B. made it simple to understand what i needed to do to make my dream of owning a home a reality. I appreciate all that was done for me and love my new home. I have never worked with more determined and dedicated group of folks that truly go out of their way to help get a loan approved. Ben, Farris, and Chris have been the best at ensuring all required documents are in place for the underwriters while keeping the listing agents in the loop so everyone knew where we were in the process. I would not hesitate at all to recommend CREFC to anyone looking for home loan.
