The start of this process was a little shaky with all the moving pieces however Matt was a god send. He always knew what was going on who to contact and when things got rough he was the positive voice letting us know everything was okay. Thank you very much for your hard work Matt.

This is my first time buying a home and my realtor and my loan officer have done nothing but make this an easy and an enjoyable. He stayed in contact even when I wasn't planning buying at the moment. And since I found a home and got the pre approval he's kept in contact almost every single day and kept me updated and that's exactly what I wanted. Couldn't have asked for much more.
