So far it has been well just concerned about cash to close it needs to be adressed should be about 5800.00 which is the banance of the 3.5%

Our experience so far has been phenomenal. Our realtor has even commented on how pleasant and informative the mortgage company has been. The list telling us what we needed to submit was clear and easy to understand. We really appreciated the time table as well. Tyler Smith was a pleasure to work with. We were asked for the same documents over and over again, in different forms and when supplied they would ask us to clarify and some tims it would be a matter of who ever was reading the documents didn't read it carefully. Such as asking us for a signed lease for the property at 101 Perry View Ave when we don' live at 101 but 31 Perry View Ave. And many more items but we don't want to get into it all.

Because the process was way to slow and frustrating and that we as well as our agent was not properly informed in a timely manner. The information that was given to us was not always accurate. It seemed as if our loan officer needed to be retrained in his knowledge of his job ad well as customer service. We will not refer anyone to CREFCO.

All the folks at CREFC were great to work with.. My Loan Office (Elijah Grady) was very nice, thoughtful, fun, and easy to work with... He should be able to go far with this company.. "Very Knowledgeable".. Thanks to him for all his help... The whole loan process is 5 Stars.

from the day we inquired about the loan until now that we have our approval it has been an enjoyable experience. I think everyone has been very friendly and timely. I will be sure to tell friends and family about this company if they have trouble getting the house they want!

Not really happy with communication between all parties involved. The loan officer does not have any documents I have submitted to My finance advisor. I will probably lose the house due to this, cause seller will back out if we extend the closing.
