I can’t say I have any complaints! The package came within the expected business days, and the tracking quickly updated me on where the package was located. I had a customer service representative inform me that an item I bought was out of stock which was unfortunate, but they were efficient in allowing me to switch to an item that was in stock on the website, even with the time difference. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy from Cbeautymall again!

I was sceptical when it comes to sipping, since the products are had to travel half of the globe. However, everything is was perfectly packed, no product was scratched or cracked, witch often happend with similar products.

Great service - was immediately informed when something I'd ordered was out of stock, & the agent I spoke with let me sub in something that was a little bit more expensive to make sure I was satisfied with my order.
