I never received the product. It shows it was delivered but it wasn’t.

I like the products, and they are packaged nicely. However my most recent order is taking ages to be delivered. I've been watching my package sit in some warehouse in Las Vegas for almost a month at this point, with no update. I can only hope its temperature controlled.

Shipping times were varied but customer service was very helpful with an error. Love all the items I got!

C Beauty Mall features so many great brands, and unique products that I wouldn't otherwise be able to easily shop for here in the U. S. It's become a go-to destination for skincare, and for beautiful, interesting eye shadow palettes in particular. I love shopping with C Beauty Mall!

The product I ordered and bought looked larger in the photos, and it seemed like the set included many shades and colors. But it turned out that there was only one color. Unfortunately, this was not visible or clear on the website. Therefore, I am dissatisfied with the purchase. Considering the shipping costs, it ended up being far too expensive.

Shipping took a bit long. That was my fault it was lunar new year. Tracking was a bit confusing. The products are wonderful! The eyeshadow pallets are a dream. The lip products were a bit smaller than I thought but the colors and quality are great

Shipping took over 2 months which was a bit disappointing, and the package was ripped open before I got it, so I think something was missing. . . (My accessory for the light blue palette I got, it's like spikey and metal looking) but everything I actually received was beautiful! I loved all my pallettes and lips. Especially the ones that smelled like roses!! Such a wonderful surprise! I also loved the highlighter that came in my bundle as well.
