Waited 3 months for shippment and was delayed several times.

I ordered from cbeautymall because there was a specific palette I wanted and this was one of the few places I found it listed. I searched reviews and it seemed okay to order from. Tracking was updating fairly regularly up to a point then stalled. Then out of the blue I get an email saying from cbeautymall that my package had insufficient or missing address information and that I could request a refund using the links attached. Confused I emailed back asking for clarification and the person who responded said that the carriers told them that there was logistic information about my package and that this somehow meant my package was lost? So I go through these links to possibly get a refund because this is all starting to feel sketchy only to find out I cannot report it missing/lost until it’s 90 days past order date. So I have to wait another whole month to request any kind of refund. I’m very frustrated at how this is been handled, that I won’t be getting the product, and that I won’t even get a refund in a timely manner. Would not recommend ordering from here.

I feel like these emails should only go out when the product has actually arrived to the buyer. I haven't gotten any shipping updates from Cbeautymall, either. I'm aware that it's not your fault that it hasn't arrived to me yet, but it would be nice if you all would account for how long these things take now due to tariffs.

I can’t say I have any complaints! The package came within the expected business days, and the tracking quickly updated me on where the package was located. I had a customer service representative inform me that an item I bought was out of stock which was unfortunate, but they were efficient in allowing me to switch to an item that was in stock on the website, even with the time difference. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely buy from Cbeautymall again!
