First of all, the necklace I've ordered was exactly the same as shown in the picture, but I think the best was the amazing packaging with a lovely box and thanks card and the fact that the necklace was under a sealed film box made me very happy about the care and consideration that they gave to my order.

I am mostly satisfied with the costumer experience, although there are some problems with your website and communication. When I go up to your website sometimes it freezes, and I have to reload it, to work. When I click on an item and go back one step, the website pushes me till the beginning of the page. It would be way more efficient, if the system would only pushed me back where I clicked on the makeup item. The second problem is with the delivery communication. I’ve ordered several makeup items in October, and had to wait almost 2 months for them. I know that there has been problems with the shipping, but it was really scary, that my order didn’t ship for more than a month. Also one item was missing from my order (but I got a reward for it, and the communication with the company was easy and straightforward, so I’m not complaining for that). All in all, I love this platform, my critiques are for the best, not hatred.

I placed an order on the 26th of September of a few hundred dollars. By 9th of October there was still no delivery notification (I didn't order anything on preorder), so I emailed and was told that they would only be arranging shipments late Oct to Early Nov. I said I understood and would wait, but asked to change the delivery address in that case. Mid-November I received an email confirming shipment. I checked a few times and then waited for a delivery confirmation email or the parcel, but opted to be patient given the already long lead time and overseas shipping. Come 11th of December I go to check again and it had been "delivered" on the 25th of November, 15 days ago. I contacted customer support immediately and provided screenshots to ask about the situation and for a redelivery or refund. Instead of contacting the courier, their customer service actually sent me back a screenshot of the SAME delivery notice I had just sent them, and basically sent me an email asking me to go look for it myself. Unbelievable "customer service" DO NOT SHOP HERE

It's always a pleasure to purchase from here, especially with the free gifts when you spend over a certain amount! Everything is safely and securely packaged.

I ordered from cbeautymall because there was a specific palette I wanted and this was one of the few places I found it listed. I searched reviews and it seemed okay to order from. Tracking was updating fairly regularly up to a point then stalled. Then out of the blue I get an email saying from cbeautymall that my package had insufficient or missing address information and that I could request a refund using the links attached. Confused I emailed back asking for clarification and the person who responded said that the carriers told them that there was logistic information about my package and that this somehow meant my package was lost? So I go through these links to possibly get a refund because this is all starting to feel sketchy only to find out I cannot report it missing/lost until it’s 90 days past order date. So I have to wait another whole month to request any kind of refund. I’m very frustrated at how this is been handled, that I won’t be getting the product, and that I won’t even get a refund in a timely manner. Would not recommend ordering from here.
