Terrible experience. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received all the items I purchased

I ordered 2 makeup palettes in december and they are not coming, its been 2 months

First of all, the necklace I've ordered was exactly the same as shown in the picture, but I think the best was the amazing packaging with a lovely box and thanks card and the fact that the necklace was under a sealed film box made me very happy about the care and consideration that they gave to my order.
