Everything was perfect! The website is very user-friendly, and the customer service team was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. The shipping was fast, and I was impressed by how well everything was packaged. I feel very confident recommending your store to my audience knowing the service is so reliable.

very fast package delivery

My product arrived broken :(

The one item I made my order for wasn't in stock in the end. Which I found out after my order was delivered and the item was missing. No communication from their part. I'm incredibly disappointed as I had to wait over a month and it definitely makes sure ill think twice about ever ordering again.

I loved the noiricorn palette and the gloss I bought but it took forever to send it and receive it.

Shipping took a bit long. That was my fault it was lunar new year. Tracking was a bit confusing. The products are wonderful! The eyeshadow pallets are a dream. The lip products were a bit smaller than I thought but the colors and quality are great

Shipping took over 2 months which was a bit disappointing, and the package was ripped open before I got it, so I think something was missing. . . (My accessory for the light blue palette I got, it's like spikey and metal looking) but everything I actually received was beautiful! I loved all my pallettes and lips. Especially the ones that smelled like roses!! Such a wonderful surprise! I also loved the highlighter that came in my bundle as well.

Everything was perfect from the chat with the customer service to the delivery

Everything came intact & happy with the performance of the product

perfect

Terrible experience. It's been 2 months and I still haven't received all the items I purchased

I ordered 2 makeup palettes in december and they are not coming, its been 2 months

Process for ordering from the UK was smooth. Full tracking provided. Will order again.

As always I was very happy with the high quality products.

Fast shipping, amazing pigment

Really good experience with all products

Awful. Doesn’t ship to places that they claim to be able to… just use YesStyle.

Such a lovely goth color story! This content creator never fails to deliver a great product with their collaborations. Great quality mattes and shimmers. Very happy with this product.

I loved the CHEERYEP Palette I received!! It’s stunning!!✨💕

My niece asked for this gift, I really didn’t expect to get it on time so when I did, I was very pleased. Thank you for good service.
