Quick shipping and nice product. No issues.

What a perfect company to deal with thankyou

As always fast despatch and delivery 👍

Excellent toys, kitten loves pushing ball around 3-in-1 Play Circuit with Grass Planter. Only reason for lower score is the grass planter, I have been spaying with water not to over water, however, only two spikes of grass in a month of growing, very disappointed. ☹️😿

Purchased fountain filters - exactly what I wanted, easy to purchase, well packaged and speedy delivery - thank you!

Good

Easy to order through the website, good products that my cats like.

amazing

Well packed and fast delivery

Great product. My cat loves it

I have bought two Catit water fountains in the 18 months. The first was a £40 Pixi which my cat just ignored , so that went to a local cat charity shop. More recently I bought a Flower fountain which my cat also ignored. I tried removing the flower head to see if that helped but it made no difference. What I noticed was that the deep water bowls in both types have high sides , which made it difficult for my cat to easily reach the water; he also dislikes the noisy running water. The answer may be a shallower/lower-sided bowl and a gentler, quieter water flow. So, unfortunately I can only give a two star rating to both models.

Exceptional service
