After 20 years the catch on the door on our Cabrio carrier failed. Noting these were still being made and looking roughly the same (except colours) we got in touch with CatIT and asked if the replacement door they sell would fit. They confirmed that it would. We placed the order and a few days later it arrived - and fits perfectly! What a wonderful thing in this age of redundancy, this product is still current and supported. Well done CatIT, we are thoroughly happy with both this great product and your customer service.

Excellent food which is hydrating and tasty ensuring a wonderful result at the vets last month. Heart health is great and their condition is top class. Very shiny costs and so much energy. Catit’s delivery is fast and efficient and Mike, at customer service, is a professional and very helpful man, who understands what’s necessary to keep the fur babies happy. Wish I knew you could get spare parts for these, it's been sat in a box because the pump broke. Now that I know, I bought a new pump and cats are back to the water fountain again. They didn't like the others fountains, cats for ya.

Website is easy to navigate and I ordered what I needed quickly, the delivery was prompt and I have now replaced the pump that was a bit tired after running for 4years non stop and all is working great and I've saved some money as buying a new pump is cheaper than a whole new fountain that wasn't needed
