Excellent service and handled my missing parcel within 24 hours of reporting. Pooky relieved to have her favourite food back

Very good. Items arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Excellent communication. Fast delivery and item was well packed. This product has proved to be marvelous for my cat , especially for giving tablets . I will continue to use this company having recently been introduced to it.

The vet recommended water fountains as elderly cats becoming dehydrated and although the water fountains are very good quality, the blue lights spooked them. They won't go near the fountains and continue to drink from bowl they are used to! Possibly younger cats would go for the running water - no doubt that the fountains are very good quality.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and pleased with price.

Good quality, cats enjoying the fountain and catnip.

Easy transactions and it didn't take long at all for processing and the package to be dispatched, I was surprised how fast they were. No problems with the delivery. I will definitely be buying Catit products from here rather than elsewhere.
