Bought a new filter. Really like how you are able to replace parts rather than just throw the machine away. Arrived quickly as well.

Very easy to assemble and looks far nicer than most pet furniture. The only down side is the enclosed part is quite small, my cat Winston is rather large so ether end sticks out when he sleeps in it 🤣 Took Winston a wee while to get used to it but now, after a week or two he’s in it all the time and uses the scratch posts too. . 😻

I needed to speak to customer services to try and replace the original ball. They were excellent and very helpful. I then placed the order which was very easy and it arrived very quickly. Highly recommend this company and their products. Ps. My cats loved the free samples!
