After i ordered I got really sceptical because of the bad reviews but hey nobody is perfect. Although shipping did take longer then expected my order was complete and safe. However the communication made up for it because the response time was within 24-48 hours and sometimes even quicker. Make sure you check your spam folder also because a few of my messages were in there unfortunately. All in all this company has alot to offer with the shipping department fixed I think they will be top notch. I will order again.

Glad to have a modern power adapter to replace the incredibly aged originals. Tested on NES, SNES, and Genesis and works great. Love it.

So alot of people complain that there was shipping issued and communications issues but when I did research on this site after pre-ordering my card I seen that this site is like still ran by one person. I'm sure due to covid it allowed them to catch up or sort out their logistics but I was extremely excited to see my item shipped and delivered very quickly. Castlemania is my new favorite retro gaming store. The eye opening cables and having the ability to get the most out of my old hardware. This is the first place I go when I'm looking to add a new system to my setup.

As the title says man this looks nice. It’s built 3D printer and feels very sturdy. I’m not worried about it physically breaking. The only problem I had was the VGA slot. Around the slot isn’t much room to slide a cable into it. What I mean is the 3D printing is a bit too close to the edges of the VGA port so my cable wouldn’t fit since there wasn’t any additional room to allow for that. I was able to remedy the problem by cutting part of the metal frame on the small side of my VGA cable itself. I cut the right side of the metal frame off so essentially I have only 3 sides worth of metal left. That gave me enough give to fit the cable into the port. Again, I cut my VGA cable and not this adapter at all. My cable is a $12 generic one so no big deal. I also wish this came with the 3.5mm to female RCA as an added convenience but I they usually come with the cables so no big deal. Anyways this works great with the RT5X and it’s miles ahead of those $10 generic DC to Scart cables online. Those apparently don’t use 480p like this one does. I wish Castlemania communicated better as I preordered Jan 3 only to receive it May 27. I understood it’s custom but their update page didn’t always reflect the delay for this item specifically. I never reached out because I know how these things go and I kinda expected this just not to this extent in time. Great item but they need to communicate better. This is a HD-2-Scart review and not a website review.

great product and fast shipping, BAD communication, i orginally ordered this back in the end of march when it was listed IN STOCK, i had to wait for almost two months for the product to actually ship, and every time i got in touch with support i either was told "it'll go out the next day" or got no response at all. i really enjoy the product, but i cant recommend the service.
