This controller is perfect
On Switch and PC, it performs great! The only thing is the triggers can be super sensitive. I have not tested on any PlayStation device. If there was a way to make a dead zone on the triggers, this would be my favorite controller to use. It feels great in the hand and I wear a medium sized glove if that gives you a point of reference. If you don't mind getting used to the sensitive triggers, this controller is amazing. Don't forget to enable Pro Controller Wired Communication in the Switch Settings under Controllers & Sensors.

The only place to get some things, bad customer service
I feel like there's a quiet pressure among retro game players to support CastleMania and give them glowing reviews and recommendations just because they're the only source of certain small-batch products from independent creators in the US. Making you check a box and telling you to look at a status page for pre-orders instead of submitting support tickets is not an excuse for taking money up front and then not delivering for 18 months (and counting). And outright lying on that status page multiple times saying orders are shipping this/next month only to wait a couple months and have it be updated again is just ridiculous. People wouldn't put up with this from big stores, but CastleMania gets a pass because they have things we can't get anywhere else.

I ordered HDretrovision component SNES cable from CastleMania and they showed up within 3 days (4 days earlier than expected) and then followed up to make sure the cable worked and were up to my expectations within a week of receiving them. I now order all of my retro accessories through CastleMania. If they're good enough for Bob they're good enough for anyone.

Everything I buy from you guys has been awesome!!! I got a couple of the retro fighter defenders and tried them out playing some darkwatch tonight on my ps2 slim. They feel and work fantastically! I can’t wait to get the GameCube controllers I ordered next month. I’m a life time shopper for sure!
