Recieved item fast and it works, somewhat. The picture quality wasn't the greatest so I wanted to return it. Sent an email that took them 2 days to respond to because the QR code they sent didn't work with my order number. I asked for a return packing slip. They emailed me back the SAME link that DID NOT WORK. I have emailed them 5 times asking for the return slip, with no answer. Now the 30 day free return policy is up and I am stuck with the item. HORRIBLE! HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER CUSTOMERS!

I never would use this company to buy something When we had the first inconvenience we call and someone very polite answers our issues with the order online, next we do the proper return we never heard back from them I email more than 3 times to get my full refund, and no one answer my email even more than 3 voicemail I left never responded back, Finally I had to choose to get a report on business bureau to get this thing resolved

Navigating the sight was self explanatory. They have all hd retrovision cables. Fast shipping as well. Pretty happy with my purchase. Only wish they would offer more av switches to go with the cables they offer. Very satisfied with my purchases.

I sent CMG an email that didn’t get answered, so I’ve been trying to call them the past few days and nobody will answer the phone either. The only thing they seem willing to do is take my money, not impressed so far.

The HD Retrovision cables are really good when you’re able to get them, but this is my second time getting cables where one of the cables doesn’t work and one of the colors is absent. Eventually you’ll end up with a replacement but it takes forever just for a ticket to be processed. Last time I waited around a month and the only way to get in touch was to submit a BBB claim. My problem was eventually resolved but then my account was banned because they didn’t like that I submitted a claim. I only figured this out a year later when I tried to buy something and the order kept getting cancelled, which I also had to wait to get an explanation on. These cancelled orders also used coupon codes which of course got voided so when I was eventually allowed to place my order I had to pay full price and ended up receiving a broken item anyway. I hate to submit a bad review but I just keep getting bad service here, especially when I’m paying a pretty high price for a component cable.

Castlemania is far superior than Amazon when it comes to handling Evercade transactions. Shipping is fast and easy. Communication is excellent.

Fast shipping and great products, for those that are in stock. For anything that's back-ordered, pre-ordered, or out-of-stock, it's often not worth it. They charge for items immediately, and then take _months_ to ship, with minimal, and infrequent communication.

I purchased the Super64, which was dead on arrival. I requested a refund from customer service (all they have to do is email a pre-paid shipping label). After a few days, they said it was emailed. It was not — and still is not after three weeks. I've opened two tickets, got zero response to my follow-ups. If you shop here, just hope your product works, cause apparently you're stuck with it.

I've purchased many items from the Castle and I've been very pleased. Their customer service is top notch and makes me super confident and comfortable making purchases here. I've had issues, but they have been super helpful and understanding. If you're trying to polish up your retro gaming space, this is the site for you. I highly recommend CastleMania Games.
