2 months later, a suspicious reorder forced by Casper due to a ‘system issue’ and still no bed frame. Horrible experience, would not recommend and will not purchase again. Shipping link says it’s supposed to arrive tomorrow but no one has contacted me and shipping company says they don’t have record. If not received tomorrow will be filing a charge back. Should have listened to the other reviews with very similar feedback but the first time we purchased through Casper in 2019 it was smooth.

I was having serious debilitating back pain, I thought I would need surgery. My boss mentioned he had back pain and got a new mattress. I shopped Consumer Reports and found this highly rated mattress (Dream). Within days my back was feeling better from the support I was getting at night. This is a seriously comfortable mattress, and I look forward to going to bed each night. Thank you Casper!
