first experience with Casper in store and it was fantastic!

Fastest shipping & the highest of quality pillows! I really love the backrest pillow - down feather pillow - & my dog LOVES her dog bed.

Shipping, unboxing, etc. was very good. Much better than my old mattress, but still hurts my back and hips.

I love my Dream Max. Quality and comfort is the what everyone needs for rest; and the Dream Max fulfills it. Also, the customer service is unmatched; the Casper team will go above and beyond for any issues including repair. The only problem is I wish the UPS Driver didn’t driver release my package/bed when it arrived.

So/so. Arrived damaged and frame is cheap.
