Ordered our Casper Mattress and found the medium firm version to be too soft, we talked to the staff and they were able to send out a replacement extra firm one in a couple days…. picked up the old one within a week. Outstanding service. We are very happy with the Extra Firm version. Quality and Comfort 5/5!

These are my absolute favourite sheets. They’re so soft right from the get-go. They have elastic bands all the way around the bottom and every corner has extra elastic bands. These are fantastic. Super great quality.

Service is exceptional. My pillow was delivered to the wrong address by the carrier and Casper replaced it immediately.
