Casper isn't the cheapest mattress brand, and honestly that gave me some hesitation at first. After my experience, though, I feel like the price comes with a level of customer support that's hard to find these days. I ended up needing to exchange my mattress, and Hailee made the whole process easy. She was responsive, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. There were no surprises and no unnecessary back-and-forth. The mattress itself is great, but what stood out to me was how I was treated when I needed help. I'd read good things about Casper's customer service before buying, and in my case, those comments turned out to be accurate. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
