This is my 2nd battery failure in 5 years so I knew the Cart-Tek system. I wish the process could happen faster (because it's painful to be without my Cart-Tek at the height of summer golf season) but it is what it is.

Service was good. My cart stopped responding and I was told to Catherine battery level. Finally found a place and it tested low so. I had been told if it was low a new battery would fix the responding problem. It did.
