Tyler was extremely helpful. I have three carts (950, 975, & 1000). I had ordered new knobs for my 1000. Unfortunately the new steel knob was different that the original and didn’t fit. Tyler worked with me and we found that the knobs from my 950 and 975 worked perfectly. Tyler sent me two and all works great.

The setup was quick and simple, and it works great right out of the box. The remote control feature is very convenient—you can easily guide the cart while walking the course, which makes the game much more enjoyable. The cart can also be used without the remote, and it’s still very easy to operate. It moves smoothly and feels very reliable during a round of golf. One of the things I really like is how easy it is to fold. It folds down quickly and fits nicely in the back of our SUV, which makes transportation and storage simple. I think this cart is especially great for seniors or anyone who wants to enjoy walking the course without pushing a heavy cart. Overall, it’s a great product, very user-friendly, and definitely worth it.

I purchased the 1500 v3 since I wanted a cart with a remote control. Overall, I’m very pleased. It is fairly lightweight but sturdy and performs well. I wish that it just followed me rather than having to use the control for the whole round but I see that there is now a cart that does that. I lost my first remote after 1 month and wish there was a more solid way to store the remote so it doesn’t fall off. I’ve tried to contact support during business hours but have yet to get a real person…having said that, my calls were returned within 24 hours. I tried to order a cooler that attaches to the cart and it was out of stock 2 months ago and…is still out of stock. It would be great if they could emulate a cart like the one by ixigolf. Overall, it was a good purchase for the price and is helping me get back in shape by walking more
