I just love my new Magnetic Mount Remote. It does everything as promised. The reason I am not giving it a 5 though it that it arrived without any installation instructions whatsoever. Even if no instructions were sent, I would have appreciated a link to a video or two to tell me how to remove an existing remote set up to install the new one. After about an hour of trial and error and piecing together a few random videos I could find, I put it together, but installation in not quick and easy. There are two parts to it. Removing the existing electronics which is needed to pair with the remote and then instructions on how to pair the remote which is not obvious on the remote. I was about to give up and call for help, but of course it was the weekend and I wanted to use my new remote. It is all working great now thought.

Bought the original 1500 cart about 4 years ago and its been great. Recently the battery was not charging completely unless I kept re-conecting it. Dave over a email said sounds like the battery cable is the problem. After ordering a new cable it was very easy to install in about 5 mins. That fixed the problem. Thanks Cart Tek!!

Customer service knows its products. They knew the drink holder assessory would accommodate the Hydro Flask 40 oz. container with the caveat not over fill it. True to word, the container fits snugly and holds tight even when fully filled.

Tyler was extremely helpful. I have three carts (950, 975, & 1000). I had ordered new knobs for my 1000. Unfortunately the new steel knob was different that the original and didn’t fit. Tyler worked with me and we found that the knobs from my 950 and 975 worked perfectly. Tyler sent me two and all works great.
