ordering was easy although I did initially purchase the wrong cart(without remote) and had to pay a healthy restocking fee of a bit over $200 which I was told covered the cost of shipping and a new box(I'm highly doubtful that a box and shipping cost that) but I'm happy with everything pretty much so far
