Poor after sale customer service

Service was fast and accurate

The filter arrived damaged and unusable two weeks ago today. I sent messages via the website, to the customer service email and called customer service to be told that someone would call me. I have received no response from these efforts and have now turned this matter over to my credit card company.

These filters are great. I can notice a big difference in the air quality.

It was easier to order direct from Carrier as opposed to ordering from home depot I'm depo in Carrier do not have a good relationship as they were blaming each other for me waiting 2 and a half months to receive my refund.

The air purifier is great but replacement filters are unavailable.

Everything worked out fine once I got a response from your customer service that the “standard” filter (not HEPA) was no longer available so I had to purchase the much more expensive HEPA filter. It looks very nice so I hope I realize the benefit of paying for the HEPA version over the old standard filter.
