I wanted to love these gorgeous pots and pans soooooo much! I ordered the mint green with gold handles from Crate and Barrel and they were GORGEOUS-but the very first time I used them, they were ruined. Food stuck and stained the interior light grey and no amount of scrubbing or bar keepers friend would take it off, and due to the light color exterior, the exterior also stained with brown heat stains from the burners and all I did was boil water!!!! I took them in and they said it must be a "bad batch" and I exchanged the pans that were damaged. Same thing happened to the next pair on the first use. All I was doing was light cooking, boiling water, using the frying pan for scrambled eggs and searing meat on medium heat--they should be able to handle 30 years of that type of cooking and still look like new. If they are "oven safe to 500 degrees" as stated on the website, they should be able to handle anything and I live alone and cook for one. Crate and Barrel finally gave me a full refund and I purchased ta ried and true stainless steel All Clad set (boring!). Very, very disappointed.

Overall a very good experience. If I remember correctly you did not have any plastic in your packaging which is very important to me. The one area for improvement is that the baking sheet is not dishwasher safe. If you could make it dishwasher safe this product would be perfect. Also please offer a smaller size of baking sheet. I have the medium, but want a small.
