I was so excited to purchase these pans in February. Please understand that they only give you 30 days to return. You can try to get longer but they usually deny. Once you reach 60 to 90 days you’ll begin to see that the beautiful paint chips off and that it’s extremely difficult to remove any cooked debris from these pans without scratching them or causing some type of damage. The chipping really got me as it gives so many outstanding guarantees however, they will not take the pans back after 30 days. Just be aware. I would never buy them again, nor who has this amount of money to spend on a set of pans purchase them. Your money could be better spent elsewhere. Is there a much better pots and pans that withstand cooking and cooking cleaning for that price.

Lovely color, worked well for three months. I used silicone kitchen tools, cleaned with a soft cloth and Dawn dish detergent. The enamel started chipping and the outside is stained. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the enamel will chip if used on a gas stove (because of the iron grates) and part of the problem with the staining is a burn mark from using it on too big a burner. Then, I was told that I had left egg on the outside of the pan, it had hardened, and caused the chipping and staining. So beware if you: 1) have a gas stove; 2) have iron grates on your gas stove; 3) don't clean the outside of hot pans but wait for them to cool (because the egg or oil will harden, stain, and chip the enamel). Honestly, I babied this cookware more than any I've had and this is the result. The non-stick has now started to stick after only three months of use. Customer service offered me a 25% discount for another pan rather than replacement because staining and chipping is not a manufacturing defect. You need to know this before you get their "warrantied" cookware. I prefer to get a better made, tougher pan that can stand up to, you know, actually cooking in real life.

Have had the set for maybe six months and despite us hand-washing it/not using high heat and taking great care of it they started sticking. Pretty disappointed wit the $500 cookware.

Purchased the cookware set. Overall ok quality. Would try something else next time. Outside easily stains and inside of some pans have already started to loose their nonstick in a moderate year of use. They do hold in moisture well

Caraway has been great at responding and helping but they’re still hard to get clean and take a lot of work.
