Items packed very well and secure upon delivery.

The cookware is best for lower temperature, no frying. Boiling ok. Ceramic coating is very sensitive to accidentally damaging, even a Teflon spatula can nick it accidentally. Packaging is very fsncy, but all gets discarded, do please put the same attention into the product

I placed 4 orders and everything was fine except for one small issue on the underside of one of the trays. Their customer service handled the situation quickly and professionally. I was very pleased. 99% of my order came in perfect condition. So well packaged.
