I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Captain's Landing. I requested to return a shirt but never received a confirmation email with instructions on how to return the item for a refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I expect better service.

Shorts were delivered in a timely fashion. They all fit perfect. Finally they were packed in a way that they were not wrinkled out of the package. Very pleased.

I wanted to exchange 3 belts for a different size. In order to exchange, I had to pay for return shipping. For an exchange, you should offer a pre-paid label.
