One problem I ordered these shirts for my husband Michael baker who has a points program and asked if the points could be added to his account He tried to do this but they said I would Have to call which I did and left a message for Heidi but didn’t not receive a response from anyone

I have now been shopping from Portland Oregon at Captains Landing for at least Ten plus years!! The Service is beyond reproach ! My Personal Shopper Heidi is just the best I’ve ever had. I have Worn the Bamboo Cay line for years and have numerous shirts. They’re all beautiful and I’ve decided to switch and wear more of the Kahala and the Tommy Bahama now here’s what is exceptional about Captain’s Landing. Several times I have purchased Tommy Bahama and Kahala in Hawaii. I purchased the wrong size and asked Heidi if she could find it in the right size and she’s in Venice, Florida the other side of the planet! She finds the shirt drop shipped to me overnight and I have what I should’ve got originally and today’s shopping experiences are never as good as the service as I receive at Captains Landing. Their entire line of clothes are simply the best quality and the best selection in inventory and if they don’t have it, they will find it for you no matter how far they have to go as they have done for me many times! Thank you, Captains Landing and thank you Heidi. You guys are simply the best!

We have ordered clothes from this store multiple times. The quality of their product is superb! We ordered men’s shirts to be worn at a beach wedding and they were perfect. We got so many compliments. The sizes run big, but per their instructions, we ordered one size down and they fit. We had trouble with the shipping, not because of them, but they helped resolve it and got our shipping refunded. They even phoned and ensured we were satisfied. I highly recommend this store.

In Hawaii recently my husband found this shirt, but not in his size. I surprised him for Valentine's Day and ordered it and had it shipped here timely. He wore it to dinner that night! This is a very fun and well designed shirt - Hidden Palm Embroidered Camp Shirt by Bamboo Cay. Thank you!

Bought 2 of the Camp Shirts, Unwined, and 19th hole. Both look great, I will be bringing them on a cruise in 2 weeks. 19th hole shirt even though it’s the same size as Unwined is noticeably larger, so much so I thought about sending it back for a smaller size. I’m going to keep it and see how it goes after washing it.

Captain's Landing is one-of-a-kind GOOD! All 3 shirts that I ordered were a gift but I got to feel one and check it's quality. Love the feel! Two fit as I expected but one I had to return which was cheerfully done and promptly replaced. When I am in Florida next month, I want to visit in person.
